Return Step 1: Process Your Return Request

You can request a FREE UPS domestic shipping label to be emailed to you! Here's what you need to do:

Log into your account from the “My Account” link located at the top middle of our site.
Click “Completed Orders” to view the order that you would like to return.
Click "Return Items".
Then from the drop down menu next to each item, select the quantity of each item you would like to return. Additionally, select the reason for returns, what you would like it returned for, and then add all your detailed comments. Then click “Submit Return Request”.
Our staff has been alerted and they will contact you ASAP to confirm the return by phone and to email you a prepaid return shipping label.

a. Log into your account from the “My Account” link located at the top middle of www.guerrillapacks.com.
b. Click “Completed Orders”, then click “View Order Details”, then click “Print Invoice”.
c. Print the order invoice and include in the package being returned.

You can use the original GP box you received with your order, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship the return.
If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please cover or remove them.
Attach the new label (received from GP) to the shipping box.
Tape your UPS return shipping label to the box, then drop if off at any UPS Office location. DO NOT USE A UPS EXPRESS DROP BOX, you must drop the package off at a UPS Office location.
Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive your package and for our warehouse staff to process the return and you refund.
