I bought this 60L pack for my wife for our future backpacking adventures. I own a Asalto 2.0 70L from Guerrilla Packs that I couldn't be happier with, so I knew that the 60L would be the same quality. You cannot beat the price of these backpacks! The adjustable straps make it a perfect fit for all body types. I would highly recommend!

This pack was purchased as my secondary backpack for guests and newbies to the backpacking scene. It was incredibly priced and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the stitching and straps. The day pack separation is very useful. I gave it 4 of 5 stars because it is slightly smaller than I prefer but it is a great pack for guests.

I bought this backpack after doing hours of research.
I wanted to buy a backpack big enough to take with me on 3+ day trips, with a side access to all my stuff (I really hate bags that only have a top or bottom access since you almost have to unpack everything every time), and with an affordable price.
This bag ticked all those boxes, plus it was actually on a 50% sale and had some extras I originally didn't care about like the removable day-bag and the removable top.
I finally got to try it out on a week-long trip to Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada, where I did a mix of airbnb, canoeing and wild camping, and I really didn't expect to be this happy about the bag.
Not only did all the features I mentioned above work exactly as I'd expect them, but the day bag proved to be a lot more useful than I ever expected - it even has a zip that allows expanding it - and the removable top compartment was also pretty nice, although not as useful as the day bag.
All in all the only reason I'm not giving this bag 5 stars is the lack of more straps and/or daisy chains to attach stuff in the back. I get that the side compression straps can be used for that, but when attaching a single item it would make more sense to me to tie it to the bottom of the bag rather than under the top compartment, and being such a simple extra I don't see why it's not there at all. Other than that, I'd say this is pretty much a perfect bag!

Great idea. Chest strap for gift recipient barely closes. With a coat under I'm certain it won't.
